I like the feature a lot too now that I know that the settings are stored in the view. I was a bit shy to overwrite the pre-recorded palettes, output and programmer buttons. Now that I have, my output and programmer view buttons no longer functio…

So the answer is, once you've set your palette settings the way you like them, save the view OVER the pre-recorded PALETTES view button and they will stay. EDIT: Yes that works. I was hitting PALETTES and it was, obviously, going back to the pre-…

Does anyone know how to control the zoom wheel on the trackball in Hog4PC?

Should have waited a couple more months before purchasing a brand new $$K FullBoar console I guess.

Since there were no takers on my other thread, I'm resurrecting this one. I am setting up a new Full Boar console in my lighting lab. I am first going to get Hog3PC on a laptop working via a wireless router using these instructions:

Why don't you describe your "busk style" setup?

People might get the impression you are a little early for Christmas Kurtis! Do you mean "Stampede" as the festive season or festivals in general?

Updated successfully.

Thanks for the quick reply Chris. I'll give that a try tomorrow morning.

I've just finished a 10 hour cueing/levels session for our upcoming production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead at the University. The issues I described above persist, are not random and happen each session. 1. Active Window / Mouse c…

For theatre lighting with conventional lights, you should only need one cuestack. If you have effects (firelight etc.) run them off another cuestack and trigger them from the main cuelist. Let the board track but remember while you're recording t…

Am I missing something in this discussion? The WholeHog consoles are built around PC computer with embedded Windows OS correct? So they are basically PC computers with elaborate keyboards and interfaces. The HogPC is basically the OS from the stand-…

The solution I found was to patch some fixtures, desk channels or whatever first, then look in the network for the widgets. I'm not sure about the new version however as I haven't tried it yet.
