Okay, so I figured out that SET (numlock) is available using Crossover, and all the function keys are available by using the "fn" key.

I tried typing in the offset using pig+thru using the keys on the on-screen keyboard, but it replaced it with 0 in the field.

Yeah, I tried that too. Unfortunately, function keys (like F12 for the offset wheel) are pre-mapped to Mac OS, therefore Crossover can't override them. Is this something you can type in the command line?
