I really like the Hog fixture model/abstraction layer, because it allows easily to choose rotating gobos from several different fixtures, no matter how the gobo rotation is implemented in dmx chart.
There's only one problem... Gobo wheels are arranged in libraries as they are in the fixture. So, when we have fixture with rotating gobos in wheel 1 and fixture with rotating gobos in wheel 2 it's not possible to choose for example the first rotating gobo of both fixtures using one encoder.
It would be nice somehow to get around this.
I guess this is not a issue for many of us, but it would nice to be able to extend the abstraction a bit. Like having wheels in fixture order or type order.
