Dead Studio Spot 250

I have a client that has a studio spot 250 that does not get much use. I have on occasion had to change out the fuse on one of the PC boards to get the fixture to awaken from the dead. This time I have a fixture that seems completely dead and the fuse is good, but changed it out anyway and the light still shows no sign of life.

Any ideas?

If nothing is working, it could be several things,
Is there any voltage coming out of the transformer?
Are the voltage selector switches set correctly?
Do you have another fixture you can swap parts with to see if you can find the issue?

I would lean to the transformer, but it could be any of the things I mentioned.

frist why did the fuses blow in the frist place?
2nd I would pull the fuses and check them with a meter, I worked on one for two days only to find it was the fuse and it lookded 100% perfect, but when I put it on a meter it was open.
