[Feature Request] Parameter Wheel Sensitivity be per console.

I would like to request that Parameter wheel sensitivity under User Preferences be per console. Maybe it needs to move to Control Panel since Control Panel is per console but Preferences are per show.
I need it normal speed on the console and slow on the tablet. It would also be great if there could be a "very slow" mode. I know holding pig slows it down but I would use "very slow mode" and still use the pig key for finer refinements.
Maybe it has been requested already but I couldn't find it in the forums

You cannot specify the console set to 'normal' speed and the tablet set to 'slow'.
The only way i could see you having a 'finer' control of the encoder wheel within the current setup of software is to create your own custom osc layout where the 'wheel' on the tablet is a lot larger if not full screen...
This setting should be per console. Not globally to all consoles.
I haven't got multiple consoles to try this on at the moment, but I am guessing that your consoles are different Net Numbers currently?
