broken programmer wing

Hi, I have a programmer wing that is not connecting to my pc. The pc only recognizes it as a generic usb hardware an not as a wing. If i connect it with the motherboard disconnected it recognizes it as a generic usb wing. Has anyone had the same experience and can tell me what to do?:1zhelp: Thanks!

    Try to reload the firmware when connecting the USB:

    press and hold the 2 most upper/left button.

    See if this helps

    thanks for the reply but it didn't work the only thing that has changed is that the lights of the position and beam buttons start to blink.

    If it is connected to a USB3 port on the PC, the ones with the blue color in the port, try changing it to a USB2 port.

    Hi Mitch i tried it on a usb 2 hub and there is no difference the lights are stil blinking and the computer stil says it's a generic usb device
