Building a Fixture Personality

If I am making a new personality on the iPC, in the real world column I can't seem to make something have a parameter like 0.1>10Hz for a strobe but I can see on another personality that is already in the library they have the EXACT same command in the Real World column. Why is that and what can I do to change that?

    We do have some problems with the fixture builder, the best thing to do is post in the library request section and Steve and create the fixture for you.
    You will need to provide a DMX protocol.

    I found out that even if I load in an existing fixture, I can't even modify a Hz range (i.e. change it from .1>10Hz to .1>9Hz). Can I get ahold of Steve? My problem is I will be on an Italian cruise ship with Italian lights and patching in my console and if I have to build a profile I want to be prepared. Is that problem something I will just have to deal with?

    Your best bet will be to find out what fixtures you will be using and post a request for Steve to make the fixture profile.
    If you use the fixture builder yes you will run into problems.
