2.2.2 Hog3 pc, server won't run

Hi,
After installing hog3pc 2.2.2 on my XP media edition computer, I can't get it to run. Everything loads fine, untill the server should start, which it won't. I get this message: classfps::runtime
Exception source callstack, server process, 1912 thread.
What might be the matter?

    Its a little difficult to tell. I would advice that you re-install the software if you haven't already.

    Well, I did that twice now, and still get the message. An older version had no trouble, 2.0.1 I believe, but I threw that off my computer before instaling 2.2.2.

    It's odd but I think that your hogpc has problems with your windows.

    In my situation only reinstalling of windows did the thing.

    Check your antivirus -- I updated mine (from Symantec Corporate to Kaspersky) and magically server wouldn't start. Kaspersky never reported it was blocking anything, nor did any of the logs (event logs, windows firewall, etc) -- only found out when I randomly tried uninstalling the A/V software ....

    The "urgent help" thread from Andreas brought the solution. But I will also check my A/V software (Nod32).
