Ethernet Trouble

Hi every one

I have a problem with a fixture who don't recognize somtime ethernet
The cable and RJ45 inside the box looks good an plugged corectly

I have changed the cable outside and the problem is always here
I work with Artnet so I need a good work on Ethernet

    Does this mean that sometimes it shows up and sometimes it does not? Is there anything that changes in your set up between when it shows up and when it does not?

    Nothing change in setup, I have reset the projector and the fixture in the lcd menu
    But sometimes the Ethernet don't work
    I don't understand why
    Is the Ethernet is on the computer motherBoard ?

    Stef,

    Yes, the ethernet is on the computer motherboard.

    We found an issue recently that caused problems with fixtures not showing up in the CMA. We have fixed this for our upcoming release, but for now there is something you can try that may help.

    When the fixture does show up in the CMA, try upgrading it with the same version of software. This should make it show up better. The next release of software should completely fix this problem.

    I can't give an exact date, but it will be available for sure by the end of this year.
