(XPE 1.0.8) Bug Report: RoadHog Looses DMX output

Odd bug with RoadHog, after new software update (previously 1.0.6)
In the same way that when saving on a wholehogII the DMX would drop out its doing it when you exit the patch window.

is there a fix for this?

    This occurs because the OBs are updating their patch information to accomodate any changes you have made in the patch. Depending on the fixtures in the rig and the size of your changes, this extremely brief drop to keep alive dmx (5hz) can result in what you are experiencing. This shouldn't be anything new to the latest release however.

    well this has only occurred since the update last week, there are very few fixtures on the show and its not very complicated, the main problem is that when the data drops it douses all the MSRs which isnt any good for them

    It definitely should not be dousing lamps. How long does the dropout last? Are you doing any garbage collecting with the show?

    More importantly. What fixtures are you using and are they being powered by dimmers, etc. And if so, what dimmer type are you using.
