Communication between HOG3 and DP8000

I have a BIG problem... Until yesterday, everything worked very well but today, I could not ensure the show ... I think that the HOG3 console and the DP 8000 does not communicate anymore ... When I open the NETWORK window, it is noted this:
DMX Processor: Used YES / Found: No / Status: Offline
I work in a cabaret, I do not know what to do, help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you checked the physical network connection between the two? Do you have a switch or router in between? Does the DP8000 have power? What does the DP8000 display say?

Hello Sinclair thank you. I unplugged and reconnected the cable between the console and the DP8000. Everything looks good. There is nothing between the console and the DP. The screen of the DP scrolls for a very long time and then stops on "initiallizing network" it seems to me. I can confirm this afternoon.
