hi, The personality of the Showtec Infinity iB-2R is the second beamfx2 (8-facet) not working. If you change the real world to Open1 it works with the buttons on screen but not on the 3rd wheel. If you use backspace arrow and the 3rd wheel you can release it. Value on the wheel stays at 0 procent. No open or 8-facet in the text field.
