Need help urgently with clay paky K20 b-eye

I cant seems to see the K20 pattern while im programming on roadhog 4, i've tried setting the cmy of the K20 to 100% and choose a pattern after that i set the i-red intensity to 100% but nothing happen at all. Anyone can help me. Thanks in advance

Hi,I remember this being less than straightforward.
If you bring all the intensity i-red,i-green,i-blue to full 100% can you now see the shapes?

BG Intensity and Macro Intensity is what you are looking for!!!
You dont need to set CMY to 100%
