Effect engine and Framing

I'm I missing something or why I'm seeing just 1A, 2A etc. in effects engine. No B part of framing at all.

Well, you are missing something but its not your fault... it's a bug in the effect engine. I just ran into this last week as well. Will see what we can do to get this resolve.
