DP8000 not upgrading software

Any tips or ideas how to make the DP to load the software?
One of my DPs doesn't want to upgrade from 2.7.0
I have tried using Hog-net with H4 and RoadHog4.
No result using upgrade nodes or force reload. (Settings were correct cause the other DP upgraded)
No result using USB stick. I tried 3 different sticks.
Whatever I try it just boots to 2.7.0

I'm sure you've already done all these....

The checklist I follow is
-dp in dhcp mode
-Console Enable Server and DHCP server options checked
-Ethernet cable direct from board to DP (no switches or routers in line)
-unplug DP
-hold 3 buttons of DP down
-plug in DP

Yes I tried that too...
While I tried the Uprgade Nodes method I noticed the following error.

But the most strange thing that USB method does not work.
I have had a bit bad luck with my units. This is the second time this unit is going for service.
The other one has been once. Both units are about 5 years old and never touring, just sitting in cooled rack.

Did you try with HOGPC?
Crazy that it doesnt even accept the USB Stick
Does the stick work with another DP?

Yes it does. I was suspicious that I was doing something wrong after trying three different sticks. With another DP there was no problem, the same stick worked fine.
