Downloading software during working time in Japan

Last week (stared at 16th June),
I couldn't access "www.highend.com/" during Japanese Working time. (GMT +9:00)
So, I couldn't download latest software for upgrade.
This happened several times for me in Japan.
Is this for purpose or just some kind of issue?

Are you able to access the site now? No known issue which I am aware of. Perhaps Monday morning Austin time, one of the guys can have a look into it
