BUG - Lost Desklamp control USB Program Wing

Windows XP SP3

USB Hog Programming Wing.
Desk lamp is off
Desklamp Brightness Encoder says 100%. Spinning encoder both ways has no effect.
Button LEDs are at 100% Brightness. Encoder for LED Brightness won't lower them.

Hello Scott,

I just tested this with a H3 Programming wing and Playback wing and I am not seeing this. I can dim the little light (in blue or white) and the Led's.
I tested on XP and Win8.
Is the programming wing supplied power?

Correct, the prog wing was supplied with external power from the wall wart, HOWEVER,

Just realized that the wrong power supply was furnished and it outputs only 5V, not 12V

So does anybody have a cheaper source for the power supply? LightParts sells them for $125 which seems pretty high.
