Pandora's box and CITP

Hi everyone ,

I am using hog4 Nano v2.1.0 and pandora's box media player pro v4.7 working with ArtNET connection. System is working fine except Media Picker window. I made all settings like ''Patch Media'' or ''Refresh Media'' but media picker window is empty.

Even i can see ip address of pandora's box on fixture patch window but i can't see thumbnails. (i don't see the buttons on the left side as well) Media Picker window is totally empty.

I tried with Arkaos Madia Master and it works fine...

All settings are done in pandora's box (exchange thumbnails : on , Artnet Input : Activated)

Is there any option that i've missed ?

Hey Nerd when you tried to use Arkaos were you able to refresh Arkaos Media Picker Library Thumbnails. I am having a hug problem getting more than the 3 preloaded libraries. Thnx

In regards to the latest Arkaos Media Master Pro Release and Hog 4 b524, the media picker is refreshing content and working well.

Check your event viewer window and make sure Arkaos CITP was added to the system after you have your artnet set up and enabled CITP in the network window on H4.
