Visualizer Error code 127

Hi there,

Trying to run LightConverse internally on my Hog4PC before I can get to the office to test this on my RH4 but after I updated to Version 2, the Hog Visualizer window displays
Status: Unable to connect to Wholehog
Info: Couldn't connect to DP: error code 127

To clarify I am running the visulizer internally on the same pc that Hog4PC is running on (I've used this pre V2 with no problems at all)

I have also checked that Hog4PC is running Internal DP and that the net number is 1 and dp net number is matching console net number. Port 6600 is used on both the internal dp and visualizer window.

Have you checked that LC has still bound the universes to HOG Net?

I fixed the problem, by rolling back to HogVisualizer version 1.2.1 somewhere theres a bug in the new v.2.0 connectivity application

Hey Guys,

I see this was last discussed in Nov 2013, but Im having the same problem...

Have a Road Hog console, trying to connect to Light Converse (Version 56).
Have Hog connectivity driver 2-6-0-963 installed on computer running Windows XP SP3.

Get the following error code from Hog Connectivity Driver:
'Status: Unable to connect to Wholehog'
'Info: Couldn't connect to DP. error code 127'

Anyone have some suggestions?
(Can't seem to find connectivity driver 1.2.1 anywhere as suggested earlier in this chat.

Were you using a mac with windows installed with bootcamp?
I was having the same problem, standalone wouldn't work, and it worked when I installed the full HOG PC software and selecting the connectivity option to also install.
