Studio Spot 250

The test funtions shows that everything works fine. However, when I DMX using light factory, the focus and iris function don't seem to work for one unit?

Also it makes loud clicking sounds when homing during initial startup.

Any Ideas please?

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes I have already done that and the other unit worked fine but this unit still did not respond to focus and iris.

If there was a profile issue, wouldn't it effect all units?

I have observed that the lens does not move and the iris lever does not move either, except in self test.

Could one of the fixtures accidentally be set as a "Wash" instead of "spot" as per the menu of the fixture?

It definitely shows "spot" during startup.
