We have a WH3 and it will randomly loose both screens. I.e. screens go black.
But when the screens go black you can still see the cursor.
There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when this happens.
The only way to get the console back is to remove the AC power and wait till the console shuts down.
Console is running v3.2.3 (b 3367) software.
Does anyone have any idea!!
