We've got a problem on how the Indigo Highlighter will work as additional feature for intellaspot, we followed the installation procedure ,while powering out the moving light and running the whole system there is no light that come out with the Indigo Highlighter. Is anyone here knows what process we need to add?
Has the Indigo Highlighter already been installed when you purchased the intellaspot? Sounds like you upgraded some fixtures which came without indigo highlighter. Did you also update the firmware? Is the rest of the fixture working? Did you check the settings and programming (2 options available; indigo follows main dimmer or seperate dimmerchannel)
The Indigo is actually not yet installed when we purchased the intellaspot xt-1. We didn't update yet the firmware. We did try to test other Indigo higlighter but nothing change at all. I think there is no allotted channel yet for Indigo with the intellaspot xt-1 programming, we did try to check the manual ad there is no update yet.
you need to update the firmware cause the indigo highliter is not implemented in the firmware which came with your intellaspot, there is a change in the dmx-chart/layout, cause 2 chanels had been added to control the indigo highlighter
