DP8000 idle on Road Hog FB

After a couple of restarts it started to work.

Still a little worrying! Would love to know possible causes.

Software is 3.2.0

So you just started a new show, patched and the internal DP8000 would not go active.
Can you look in the logs folder and see you if have any dump files?
Setup-show-file broswer-logs

I no longer have access to the desk directly. I'll mail the company and see if they have time to send me dump files.

It was driving me nuts! I was doing everything correct I thought.

The fact it took a couple of restarts was most worrying.
