Visualizer DP - Lost Server. "Console has restarted since the server has shutdown."

I'm encountering some issues trying to connect Hog 3 PC to ESP Vision on the same computer.

I'm running:
Windows 7, Hog 3PC 3.2.1 (b3186), and visualizer dp (3186)

I've got Hog 3PC open and running just fine. When I open ESP Vision and the Hog 3 DP opens to connect, it will recognize everything just fine, but as soon as the status reaches Connected, Hog 3PC shuts down and I'm left with a popup giving me this message: Lost Server "Console has restarted since the server has shutdown."

What's causing this, and how do I fix it?
