I'm having some problems connecting my new ELO 17" touchscreen monitor to my Road Hog.
Facts:
-I purchased the touchscreen model #1725L. (Which says it's supported in the manual)
- I purchased the I/O Gear VGA to USB box (model #GUC2015V) which is the choosen USB to VGA adapter by HES.
After plugging in the monitor and USB to VGA adapter to my desktop computer set up, it worked with no problems, which takes out the option of having either a defective/bad monitor or adapter.
I used a powered USB hub to connect the USB to VGA adapter and still had no luck in having an image on the screen. I know that the touch part of the ELO monitor is working because when I tap on the screen, the cursor goes away from the road hog touch screens...but for some reason, no image is being displayed.
Any tips/advice?
