i am having a few problems with my Studio Spot 250's. please help.

also, three of the 4 units are panning weird. they all start panning just fin then randomly slow down to a crawl until it gets to where i told it to go. two of the three that have this problem sometimes give me a gear stripping noise when pan is quickly changed from one direction to another.
any input would be great.
