Colour Picker Deselects on Window Move

Open Colour Palette Directory, Gel Picker, and Colour Picker

Select Colour Picker Window

Tap 'Move' 2-3 times to move Colour Picker to a new screen.

After one or two presses, the Colour Picker will be deselected and you will now be moving the Gel Picker.

Also, the Colour Picker exhibits some odd behavior when it is living under a programmer window.

If this is the case and you tap the Colour Picker button in the Colour Palette Directory (to front the Colour Picker), the Colour Picker sometimes appears for a fraction of a second then gets instantly buried below the Programmer window again.

I'm seeing this behavior on an outboard display.
