As the title says, my third choose key is permanently lit on my roadhog. It doesnt seem to affect anything and I can select other choose masters. They light up aswell!
Does it come on the moment the console is turned on?
Try running the front panel test application from the startup screen. There's an option in there to turn on all of the LEDs, and to turn them each on in sequence. Is it still on after you press "Blue On" followed by "LEDs Off"?
If none of that will turn it off, then it's most likely a hardware problem. You may have something metal touching the circuit board, or the driver chip may be blown.
