Did a clean install of 3.1.5 on my Full Boar, and my console and external touchscreens don't work. I can calibrate them, but they don't respond to touch after that.
Make sure the enable left touchscreen and enable right touchscreen buttons are enabled in the control panel. If that doesn't resolve the issue try imaging the desk again.
