No LCD and no beam

The LCD isnt coming on and I have no beam.
The fixture is moving threw dmx, I have it also on the CMA, the lamp has close to 500 hours on it and the white light is blinking so I'm sure that is lamp.
But why wont the LCD come on at all.

I would check all your connections to the LCD and the GFX card at the computer.

Also check the IEC power cord at the back of the projector....if it is loose the lamp won't light.

What version software and XPe is your unit? DL.2 or DL.3?

Im running xpe 2.0 and software 1.5.2, thats without looking but I'm pretty sure that is it.
