french woman had a problem with dl2
help
we've got one gma
and 4 dl2
2 dl2 it's ok
but the 2 other when we try to download the images... HDD ERROR no transfert media file...
what's wrong? please i'm on a hurry it's for now!!!!!!

HI,
You can try a few things:
- Do they have the same software?
- Remove content that you do not need
