HogPC Widget Problem

I'm trying to get hogPC to recognize my dmx widget, and when i go to the network page and click on the DP8000 and click settings, nothing happens. This happens on both my windows XP computer and a computer with Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. However, it does work on a computer with vista. I don't know if the OS has anything to do with the problem, but they are my 3 computers available. The problem is, we have 2 elo touchscreens setup on the computer with windows 7 on it. And that would be our show computer.

Anyone have this issue, or know how to fix it or get around it.

First check the widget has the appropriate indication lights on. The widget may be idle. You cannot open the configuration tab until you have something patched, until then the DP will remain idle. Patch something and you should be able to open the config up.

This sounds as if there are not any fixtures actually patched. Try patching a fixture and see if the Settings Window will then open.
