Had an odd issue today where we needed to update a cue, and it wouldn't update.
We were controlling some layers of Media Sever, and Layer 1 needed to go down and Layer 2 up....as an ajustment.
We made the changes, hit Update, cleared the programmer and the cue didn't update. We tried again, still nothing.
Then we tried using Merge, cleared the programmer. Once again the cue didn't update. We tried this a couple of times too to no avail.
The issue was fixed by going into the View Cue window, pressing Edit and making the changes in there to update the Cue. This worked fine.
However, it doesn't explain why Merge and Update were not working....?
