Smart Mac Lamp Douse

Hi all. I'm programming an install in Scotland and When i go to douse the lamp on the Martin Smart Mac. nothing happens. anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

Is DMX Lamp Off enabled at the head? If not, try selecting color 8 and gobo 6 and then sending the lamp douse.
