3.1.5 Patching

I started a new show today on Hog3PC, with only a programming wing connected, no widgets or DP's, it uses the V4 library with no fixtures merged in. It contains 18 RGB LED's, 15 or so desk channels and a couple of CXI scrollers. I would patch one fixture or a range of fixtures and it would go fine and then I would select the next fixture or range then press @ and instead of the DP window opening up like it normally does, it would set the fixture at an intensity instead of patching it to the address. This could be solved by closing the patch window and then re-opening, but this happened after every fixture that I would patch. Is anyone else seeing this. I've never had this issue before 3.1.5.

I've been seeing that for years. I haven't been able to pinpoint what starts it. Like you, I prefer to type "fixture #, @, "dimmer number". It mostly works, but sometimes it reverts to an intensity patch. When this happens I type "fixture #", PATCH @ (softkey), "dimmer number". Sometimes this gets everything back on track so I can continue using just "@, but sometimes I have to continue using Patch @".

When this happens, is your patch-window also the active/choosen window? Or is it just an open window?

Yes, it's the active chosen window.
