HOG3 PC only 1 widget found

Are all three single widgets are found on the same usb port or on different ports?
Are you using a USB Hub?
What version of software are you using?

I dont use HUB, I have a laptop with 4 USB ports
I Use HOG 3 PC 3-1-4-2700
In the flying pig systems devices , windows found 3 DMX512 widget but curiousely in the details windows I have already the same location for every widget = location 0

When you plug all 3 widgets into your computer are you able to see them all in the Network DMX Configuration window?

I press setup and look into the DMX output window and I have nothing
In the launched processes window I have desktop and playback and dp8k, fpdriver,launcher and server running

Try the following:
- Set up
- Network
- Click on the Net # cell for the DMX Processor (you will click on the box with the 1 in it turning the box red)
- Hit the setting button
- Select Widget Outputs

Do you see all 3 widgets from the drop down menu?

in the network : port 6600 window
I have wholehog console 1 yes yes running, wholehog server 1 yes yes running
DMX processor 1 no yes idle DP8000
But i dont have a DP8000 only 3 simple widgets, nothing if I press settings

The internal DP8000 is a virtual DMX engine that runs on your PC that allows you to connect single or superwidgets to get DMX output. On 3PC you are limited to 8 universes (2 superwidgets) worth of physical dmx output.

To configure the widgets to work with your internal dmx processor 8000 you will need to patch at least one fixture to get the dmx processor 8000 to the point where is says "Outputs Active" in the network window. From there you will want to click the settings button for the dmx processor 8000 in the network window and navigate to the dmx widgets outputs tab. The rest should be pretty easy to figure out.

We must think virtual in HOG3 rather thant the setup of HOG2 who is more physical
Another thing : I Have 3 widget 3842 / 3846 and 1570
But All led light up on 3842 and 3846 but the 1570 dont light up

maybe we have to upgrade him ?

It's 1am, I go to sleep ...

The widget will show up in red text if it needs to be upgraded.
The led strip might have failed so hook up your DMX cable and see if you have output, if not you might have a hardware failure.

HI Michael,
The widget appears in normal black in the dmx processor settings-> widget outputs
But only the Link led is lite on.
When we change the widget on the same USB cable at the same location port on the laptop, everything work fine.
We have noting to do to check on this widget (reload program or others?)

Hello Thibaut, it sounds like the PC doesn't have enough USB power/signal to power 3 widgets. We do see this sometimes when using multiple devices and a wall powered USB Hub may be the solution. Connect the hub to the PC and the three widgets to the hub.

We have the test with only the widget who is in fault.
And the laptop work well with 3 anothers widgets.
