visualizer connectivity

Hi,
I have problems with the connection with my visualizer computer.
All win XP
since 3.0.5. all was running
the hog pc had 3.0.1 connect drivers, didnt mention all the upgrades to 3.0.5.
installing 3.1.0. the new connect drive didnt install.
the visual pc said: super fast status: idle; info: waiting for connect.
thats it, you can wait, nothing happen.
installing connect drivers 3.1.0. the same as usual wait wait.
On the Hog Pc: the software 3.1.0. dont install the connectivity drivers as it says?
I dont want to run an old version to see the viz picture.
Any suggestions

    Hi Peter,

    Do you have v3.1.0 HogPC software as well as v3.1.0 Connectivity driver? Is HogPC on a different computer from the Visualizer? What visualizer are you using?

    What are the IP addresses of your console and computer? Make sure that these are in range and on the same subnet, for example:

    Hog3PC Computer IP: 172.31.0.1
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0

    Visualizer Computer IP: 172.31.0.2
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0

    Make sure that you have disabled all other adapters, connections (wireless, bluetooth, etc), and firewalls on your computer.

    thanks for reply.
    Yes i have v3.1.0 sw and the connect driver 3.1.0. yes i have 2 pc`s for that.
    Wysiwyg. The IP Range is ok for years. All was fine.
    Now i got it by myself: In the hog DP window on the viz pc i always waited for
    Status : Running ; then I opened the Device Manager and connect.
    What is different now: As the DP window says waiting for connect ( very fast now )
    I can connnect in the Device Manager at once.
