I have 4 DL3 in Action On of them is more slower than the other All have the same Version, 1.5.2 This fixture seems to have a trouble on re positionning
Of Course I have calibrate the encoder, this is the first I do, when I use DL All the DL3 run on the same version and the same firmware This is all from the same production

The problem is ever on the re positionning, on 6 fixtures, who made a dual , it could be one of them who's not take is position No rules...... We could see 1cm, So the picture is blured
Not really sure what your issue is here..... Are you saying that when you re-call a Collage palette the fixtures are off slightly? If so, this definitely sounds like it could be an encoder calibration issue to me.
Problems I have seen in my DL3 before are on the silver tilt wheel there are three black hex screws that hold it in place and on mine they have become loose and I have to go through about every 2 months and re-tighten all those screws. Another problem I have seen in the past is that you could also have a bad encoder wheel or sensor which could be checked by if the fixture has proper feedback.

Have you tried using a thread-locker on those screws....like blue Lok-Tite 242?
