Newbie Q?: T-beam ctrl w/spot 250?

hey everyone! i'm wondering if i can control (4) Studio Spot 250's with a Technobeam LCD controller board? will this setup work?

Yes you can.
Just make sure you set your Studio Spot 250 to 'TB E' mode.
This is under the 'Mode' - 'Type' on the 250's display.

ok, so one more question. could i control the SS250's with another "universal" DMX controller, and would there be any pros/cons to doing so?

sorry, kinda new to this...

The 250's can be controlled by most DMX consoles as long as your console has a profile for the light.

Just make sure you set the studio spot 250 back to 'Spot' mode.
