I am having issues with one of my DL3s. When I turn the fixture on, it will show the High End splash screen and then goes into a black screen with a message that says "Disk Read Error Press Ctrl Alt Del to Restart." I have gone through the computer to make sure all the cables are plugged in and that everything is seated well. Anyone have any ideas in what to try next.
Do you have anything plugged in to any of the USB ports?
It is probably worth opening up the computer to make sure all the HDD connections are good (Red SATA wire & power)....as well as all the connections are properly made internally to the server as a whole.
Your next step is to try re-imaging the drive to see if it will take the O/S and that resolves it. Otherwise you'll need to contact our Support department for a replacement drive.
