Reversing Gobo Rotation on Hog iPC

This may be a stupid question with a simple answer....but...
What is the method of reversing the rotation of a rotating gobo in a VL2500 or Vl3000 on the Hog iPC (most current software)?
I am able to reverse the rotation using the editor but not during actual programming.

Set the speed you want....then, hold down the "-" (minus) key and turn the gobo encoder. It then goes the opposite direction. :-)

This works for any RPM type setting (color wheel, spin, etc.)

Same goes for pan and tilt...set all of the pans and tilt, but then select half the fixtures and hold "-" and touch the encoder. Now, half are 90d off.
