Okay, Have a question about pages.

Still very new to programming, but have a question on Pages...Or Intensity sources?

When I have "page 2" open, and move a list to master 2, my flash key starts blinking slow red, (from what I found means it's intensity is under control from another source). If I bring the fader up, and back down during a "go", the light returns to solid.. Which I interuporate as a return of control to the master?

I have tried to assert the master, but no change, opened "outputs, and checked "sources" nothing displays other than my page name.

Am I reading to much into this, or is this normal.

Oh yeah HOG3 IPC v.3.0.4 (b 2468)

Any help would be appreciated!

When you move a cuelist onto a fader, if that cuelist has any intensity info in it, the flash key will blink when the fader is at 100%, and as long as the cuelist is in a released state. if you bring the fader to 0% the flash key will stop flashing, as long as the cuelist is in a released state. If you play the cuelist and have the fader at 0% the flash key will be off. When you put the fader to 100% when the cuelist is play the flash key will be on.
It does not have anything to do with controlling another cuelist.

Thanks for the reply. When I add the cuelist to the Master, it immeidatly starts flashing when it is in a "released state", even when the slider is at 0% If I run the cue, and move the slider from 0-100% and back down, the led then becomes solid, once I release the light starts to blink again. Also nothing else has control of the master.

Dose this make sense from what is suppose to happen?

If the same cuelist you are moving onto a fader already lives on a fader on another page and is in a released state and that fader is at 100%, then when you move it onto another fader on a different page the flash will blink, because the other cuelist is not played but has control over the intensity. Then when you bring the fader to full and back to 0 this fader will have control over it. Does that make sense?
