Studio Spot 575 Gobo & Color Issues

In order to run my shows I have to manually open the fixture and spin the gobo wheel to its correct place. From there on out it works fine and I can change the gobo through DMX.

It has also started doing this with one of the color wheels. When I set it to white through DMX it usually goes to yellow. Again I can change it manually and it works from then on until the fixture homes again.

Would this be caused by bad sensors or bad motors?

Bad homing sensor, or gack in the slot on the wheel . . .

i have the same problems, gobo and color wheels not aligning properly, but i also have another problem like some fixtures lamps not firing? is there a quick fix to this? like a replacement part becasue repair where i am is out of question!

Check if the motors run smooth (without power). If not, change them.

ok thanks , what about the lamps not firing? i have tried to swop the entire lamp power supply assmbly and it works but there are so many lamps not firing i cant buy assemblys for all the fixtures !! it will be too expensive..thanks a lot anyway,, by the way im located in Kenya east africa,
