Studio Command Error Message

Hey guys, sorry to double post, but I found out today while I was out there, that this error came from a Studio Command and not a Color Command. Any idea about this one? I have never seen it and it is not in the manual according to the client.

Error Message: INTR

The units will move but not strike and changing the lamp didn't help.

He also replaced a lamp on another Studio Command that was constantly strobing (their solution to everything) and it is still stuck strobing no matter what the beam is set at.

Any ideas?

I believe that is probably for Lamp Interlock. I recall that fixture had an interlock switch on the lamp door, so I'd check that.

Nope, replaced the lamp interlock (the switch on the inside of the lamp housing that is pressed by the post on the lamp assembly), and still getting the error.

Anything else?

Thanks a lot for thr tip. My display reads "err intr lock" so I checked the head temp. After changing the temp sens, everything worked great.
