Hi,
Can someone confirm that these settings are correct when creating content for collage generator in a DL-2 fixture excluding standard foot age size.
3 x 1 array which i have asked the content makers to use a resolution of 1648 x 472 ?? So far the test content is freezing the DL-2 heads and stopping the servers totally.

Any quick feedback appreciated.
Can someone from HE post a telephone number of DL-2 support in europe please.

Thanks Cormac

    Hi Cormac,

Those settings are correct and have remained unchanged since the day we released the DL product line. The resolution you listed adheres to our 3/4 of a million total pixel requirement on the DL.2s as well.

Is there any chance that you can upload a piece of the content to our FTP site? I can grab it and run it through a few analyzers here to see if there is something wrong with the content itself.

    Hi Matt,
can you post an address to upload the content to please.
I already know that the content is incorrectly formatted as interlaced rather than progressive.
If you can spot any other incorrect settings would help.

    Regards Cormac

No problem. Deleted my post after seeing your link, so you must have been quick. But then realised your link is a different one.

    Hi Cormac,

As you said, it is Interlaced, which the DL.2s will really not like. The other thing that I noticed is that the file is created as a "Program Stream", DLs require an "Elementary Stream". The difference is the Program Streams have audio information, while the Elementary Streams have strictly video information.

The combination of those two things will definately cause the issues that you are experiencing.
