3.0.0 Software no longer recognizes Widgets in Vista or XP

Never mind.... sheesh could you bury it any deeper?

Ok, after much gnashing of teeth, I've discovered how to activate my widgets in XP. The manual is slightly incorrect by omitting the step of pressing the PLUS button next to the widget before the Apply or Ok buttons will activate.

However, on my student's Vista laptop, when you click on the DP8000 in the network window, the Settings button will not do anything. It is supposed to bring up the screen that allows the widget to be activated. It does nothing. The widget was installed properly by Windows Vista and has a single red light.

I'm stumped.
