Updating to 3.0

You cannot use a bootable USB drive onthe iPC only on RH & RHFB

Full install/re-image of an iPC must be done via CD.

LA,

Download the iPC config panel, and H3PC software. Expand the zipped files onto your USB, then first upgrade the iPC config panel, followed by the H3PC software.

If you plan to use DP-8ks with you desk you will need to download and install an additional piece for this.

Honestly woth v3 you would be better off re-imaging your desk with a Full/Clean install. Just make sure to backup your showfiles externally first.

Appolgies, my mistake.

So for a Clean restart, i can do it off USB ? Also is will going to 3.0 from 2.6. really make any differance ?

No.

For a clean install you must use the ISO disk image via CD.

USB will only update the applications and not the underlying XPe software.
