Problem with DL2

Hello, folk! Can anybody help? :1zhelp: Please! The problem - when I'm trying to edit 2 or 3 layers simultaneously, the fixture turns off the lamp. And another - have anybody see blue DOS "screen of death" on the internal LED? :dunno: Should I insist on a replacement of such devise or maybe we do something wrong? Thank you

It definitely sounds like a hardware issue.

BSOD is usually loose hardware inside the computer.

If you are comfortable working inside the fixture, try reseating the RAM cards, and make sure the video card and the SATA connections are all tight.

Is this only happening on one fixture, or several? If only one of several, I would request service or replacement from your vendor.

Thank you so much for a quick reply! We'll change the RAM and observe what happens :) It will be nice if you define what you mean "several" (sorry for misunderstanding :( )
