Super Widget problem

Hi There, I have a super widget that will not output DMX on universe one. on my comuter It shows in the output window that it should be outputting but nothing from the widget. all other outputs are fine.

The widget appears to be in good condition, is there any thing else i can try?

2 things to try before sending it in for a possible repair.

- A different USB cable
- A different H3PC computer

Hi,
just to confirm you are using Hog III os and not Hog II?
What console are you using?
