WYSIWYG CE for Refurbished iPC?

Any way to get a copy of WYSIWYG CE if I bought a refurbished iPC?

I think WYG CE only comes with full H3 consoles....

That's what I figured. I scraped up enough money to buy a console, but lack the 5 grand to buy the WYG or any other good visualization program. It was worth asking.

ESP Vision is reasonably priced and I have had great luck with it. I would look into getting that.
